Airblue Announces Cabin Crew Jobs for Female Candidate

Airblue has announced a fresh recruitment drive for female cabin crew, inviting applications from eligible candidates for positions based in Karachi and Islamabad. The airline is offering an opportunity for young women to begin a career in Pakistan’s aviation industry, with applications open until July 15, 2026.

According to the airline, applicants must be between 18 and 28 years of age to qualify for the recruitment process. Candidates should have a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (158 cm) and meet the required body mass index (BMI) criteria set by the airline. These physical requirements are part of the standard eligibility criteria for cabin crew positions.

Educational qualifications are also an important requirement for applicants. Candidates must have completed Intermediate or an equivalent qualification with at least 60 percent marks. Airblue said applicants must provide verified Matric and Intermediate certificates, or equivalent educational documents, along with a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport during the recruitment process.

The airline has clarified that candidates currently enrolled in regular degree programmes or attending regular classes are not eligible to apply. This condition has been included to ensure that selected candidates can complete the required training and perform their duties without academic scheduling conflicts.

Successful applicants will receive a competitive salary package along with several employment benefits. Airblue said selected cabin crew members will be offered travel privileges, professional training, and career growth opportunities within the aviation industry. The airline added that the recruitment drive aims to attract talented individuals interested in building a long-term career in commercial aviation.

Airblue has also encouraged eligible candidates from nearby cities and surrounding areas to participate in the recruitment process. The airline believes the latest hiring campaign will strengthen its cabin crew workforce as it continues expanding its operations and improving passenger services across domestic and international routes.

Interested candidates can submit their applications by scanning the QR code provided in the official recruitment advertisement. The deadline for submitting applications is July 15, 2026. Applicants are advised to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before applying to avoid delays during the selection process.

The latest recruitment campaign provides another employment opportunity for young women seeking careers in Pakistan’s aviation sector. Eligible candidates are encouraged to complete their applications before the closing date to be considered for the available positions.
