World’s tallest residential tower to build in Dubai.

The newest skyscraper in Dubai and so-called “hypertower,” Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences, will eventually surpass all other residential buildings in height. The 100-story building was built primarily to set the record for being the tallest residential building and is located in Dubai’s Business Bay.

The most opulent penthouses will be located in the skyscraper at the top of the hypertower, according to the Binghatti Developers’ official Facebook page. The statement said, “Our partnership with Jacob & Co on this architectural masterpiece underlines our dedication to recognising a globally ground-breaking feat for Binghatti.
