Shakib Al Hasan joins Peshawar Zalmi for PSL 8.

For the eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), which began yesterday in Multan amid a festive fervour, Peshawar Zalmi chose Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan.
In their reserved supplementary pick, the team chose Hasan, who led Fortune Barishal in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) this season.
The Bangladeshi player will be a part of the Zalmi team starting tonight and will be able to play in the team’s opening game against the Karachi Kings on February 14 at the National Bank Cricket Arena.
“Shakib Al Hasan was selected by Peshawar Zalmi as a reserve supplemental pick. He will be a selection in the game against KK on Tuesday. He is accessible until February 26 “Pakistan Cricket Board made a statement.
Peshawar Zalmi also announced the news on its official Twitter account, referring to Hasan as the “Tiger” returning to the #YellowStorm for Pakistan’s major cricket event.
