The federal government has approved a monthly allowance of Rs2,500 for government employees holding degrees equivalent to an MPhil. The decision has been confirmed through a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance.
The new decision will extend the existing MPhil qualification allowance to employees who hold qualifications recognised as equivalent to an MPhil degree. The move is expected to provide an additional monthly financial benefit to eligible government employees across the federal government.
