Rajab Butt's Interim Bail Extended in TikTok Threat Case

A local court has extended the interim bail of social media influencer Rajab Butt and others in a case related to alleged death threats made against TikToker Umar Butt. The court has also directed the police to submit their investigation report by the next hearing on March 24.

The session was presided over by Additional Sessions Judge Abid Ali, where Rajab Butt, Haider Ali, and Mann Dogar were present. The defense lawyer argued that the accused had already participated in the investigation, requesting confirmation of their bail.

The case was registered last month after a complaint by Umar Fayyaz Butt, who alleged that Rajab Butt, Mann Dogar, and Haider Shah, along with armed individuals, came to his house and issued threats during a TikTok live session. Umar Butt claims the confrontation was triggered by abusive language used during the session, which he views as an attack on his dignity.

Rajab Butt, known for his family vlogs, has denied the allegations and defended his actions, stating that he was protecting his family’s reputation. The case is currently under police investigation, with additional legal proceedings underway.
