Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) has announced the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Scholarship 2026 for students who are facing financial difficulties and need support to continue their education. The scholarship is available for eligible BS and MPhil students enrolled at the university.
According to the university, students must submit their completed application forms by September 24, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered, so eligible students have been advised to complete the process on time.
The scholarship is available to regular BS students enrolled in the first, third, fifth and seventh semesters. MPhil students studying in the first and second semesters can also apply under the programme.
Preference will be given to students who are orphaned, disabled or considered highly deserving. The programme is intended to provide financial assistance to students who may face difficulties meeting their educational expenses because of limited household income.
However, the university has set an income condition for applicants. Students whose families earn more than Rs45,000 per month will not qualify for the scholarship. Applicants are therefore required to meet the financial eligibility requirements before submitting their forms.
Students enrolled under the self-finance scheme are also excluded from the scholarship programme. This means that self-finance students cannot apply, even if they meet other eligibility conditions.
Interested students can obtain the required application forms from photocopy shops located inside Quaid-i-Azam University. After completing the forms, applicants must submit them to the Office of Student Financial Assistance within the announced deadline.
The university has also issued instructions regarding the preparation and submission of applications. Students have been advised to provide accurate information and carefully check their forms before submitting them.
Applications containing incorrect information will be rejected. Similarly, forms that contain cutting or overwriting will not be accepted by the university. Applications submitted after September 24 will also be rejected.
The scholarship announcement provides an opportunity for eligible students to seek financial assistance while continuing their studies at QAU. Students who fall within the specified semesters and meet the income and other eligibility requirements can obtain the form and submit their applications through the designated office.
With the deadline approaching, eligible BS and MPhil students are advised to complete their applications carefully and ensure that all required information is accurate. Meeting the deadline and following the university’s application instructions will be necessary for consideration under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Scholarship 2026.
