Emphasizing the significance of an electric vehicle policy, Murad expressed that incentivizing the manufacturing of electric vehicles (EVs) could enable Pakistan to secure a significant share in the global EV market.

Murad described e-bikes as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional transportation. The minister also mentioned that measures have been taken against vehicles emitting harmful smoke, with the crackdown set to continue until the next month.

It’s worth noting that previously, the caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab had announced a subsidy program for 10,000 electric bikes for students.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
