In another heart-wrenching incident, a 14-year-old boy named Muhammad Nabi Khan lost his life due to a medical error. He was brought to a nearby doctor by his concerned family for treatment of diarrhea. However, upon receiving an injection, the boy had a severe and alarming reaction, resulting in the rapid spread of rashes on his body.

Shockingly, the doctor dismissed the seriousness of the situation and instructed the family to take the boy home. As the boy’s condition worsened rapidly, the family rushed him to Jinnah Hospital, but tragically, it was too late, and he passed away shortly after arrival.
