PM Shehbaz Scheduled To Depart For Saudi Arabia On April 6

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to embark on a visit to Saudi Arabia from April 6 to 8, 2024, coinciding with the final days of Ramadan. This forthcoming trip marks the Prime Minister’s inaugural foreign visit following his election, as confirmed by the foreign office in a statement released on Friday.

Accompanying the Prime Minister on this journey will be Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Defence, Finance, Information, and Economic Affairs. During his visit, he will undertake Umrah and partake in prayers at the Masjid Nabwi Al-Sharif.

Anticipated highlights of the visit include meetings with Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, where discussions pertaining to mutual concerns and interests are expected.
