The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has approved the issuance of No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for notable players such as Shadab Khan, Azam Khan, and Fakhar Zaman to participate in upcoming matches of franchise-based cricket leagues, specifically the International League T20 (ILT20) and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

This decision comes as a result of the absence of T10 matches, which were initially scheduled during the same time frame. With the T10 matches not taking place, the PCB has granted NOCs to these star players, allowing them to contribute to their respective teams in the ILT20 and BPL.

A noteworthy adjustment has been made for Shadab Khan, who was initially slated to participate in 10 ILT20 matches. However, due to the restrictions imposed by the NOC, Shadab Khan will now be joining his fellow players in featuring in only four matches.

This decision reflects the PCB’s adherence to the central contracts of these players, demonstrating the board’s commitment to effectively managing player workload and ensuring a balanced approach to game time. The issuance of NOCs serves as a testament to the PCB’s dedication to the welfare of the players, aiming to maximize the benefits for all stakeholders involved in the cricketing landscape.
