Mojtaba Khamenei has called for legal proceedings over what he described as American and Israeli war crimes against Iran, saying those responsible for the Minab school incident should be brought to justice.
In a message issued during Judiciary Week, Khamenei said legal action should be pursued against the United States and Israel in both domestic and international courts over their alleged actions.
He said implementing the guidance of the country’s “martyred leader” remained essential for the judiciary’s success, adding that an effective judicial system would strengthen public confidence in state institutions.
Khamenei also stressed that judicial reforms should deliver tangible benefits for citizens rather than remain limited to policy proposals. He said people should be able to see the impact of reforms in their daily lives through improved justice and governance.
According to his remarks, the judiciary has a responsibility to safeguard the rights of the public, ensure accountability, and eliminate corruption across state institutions.
He further urged government bodies to ensure that their performance reflects Islamic values and upholds the dignity of the Iranian nation.
