Playground Games also reported that total player count has passed 6 million globally. This includes both buyers and subscription users. The combined numbers highlight strong engagement across all platforms.
Forza Horizon 6 has also received positive critical feedback. The game currently holds a Metacritic score of 91. Critics have praised its gameplay improvements and visual design.
Reviewers highlighted the Japan-inspired open world as a major improvement. They also praised smoother driving mechanics and better overall performance. Many called it one of the best entries in the series.
The success of Forza Horizon 6 also highlights the strength of the Xbox ecosystem from Microsoft. The game performed well despite being available on Game Pass from launch day.
