Engro Fertilizers Limited (PSX: EFERT) has resumed operations at its EnVen Plant in Daharki, Sindh, following the successful completion of scheduled maintenance activities.
According to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the company said operations at the plant resumed on September 19, 2026 after the planned maintenance work was completed.
The company had previously informed the stock exchange about the maintenance activities in a letter dated September 7, 2026.
EnVen Plant Resumes Production
Engro Fertilizers confirmed that the EnVen Plant successfully returned to operations after completing the scheduled maintenance activities.
The plant is one of Engro Fertilizers’ two urea production facilities and plays an important role in the company’s overall manufacturing capacity.
The latest development means the facility has returned to normal operations following the planned maintenance period.
The company disclosed the development through a regulatory notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, providing investors with an update on the status of the production facility.
1.3 Million Tons of Annual Urea Capacity
The EnVen Plant, located in Daharki, Sindh, is a large-scale urea production facility with an annual production capacity of approximately 1.3 million tons.
The plant was established with an investment of around $1.1 billion, making it a major industrial investment in Pakistan’s fertilizer sector.
Its large production capacity makes the facility an important component of Engro Fertilizers’ manufacturing operations.

Maintenance Announced Earlier
Engro Fertilizers had informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange about the planned maintenance work through a letter dated September 7, 2026.
The maintenance activities were subsequently completed, allowing the EnVen Plant to resume operations on September 19.
Scheduled maintenance is carried out to support the continued operation of industrial production facilities and ensure that equipment and systems remain ready for ongoing operations.
