Dubai has introduced a new tourism campaign offering residents discount packages worth more than Dh3,000 for inviting family members or friends to visit the emirate. The initiative is open to all eligible UAE residents, including Pakistanis, and aims to boost tourism by encouraging more international visitors.
Under the campaign, residents can nominate relatives or friends free of charge through an online portal. Once the nominated visitor arrives in Dubai and the trip is successfully verified, the resident will receive a reward package featuring hotel discounts, dining offers and leisure experiences.
The programme will remain open until October 31, 2026. Eligible residents can nominate up to five visitors at one time, while the rewards can be redeemed until December 31, 2026. Some individual offers may have different validity periods depending on the participating tourism partners.
To participate, residents must complete an online nomination form by providing their Emirates ID details, date of birth, gender and email address. They must also submit the visitor’s full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender, relationship with the resident and expected month of arrival.
The campaign is available to UAE citizens and residents aged 18 years or older who possess a valid Emirates ID. Visitors must be non-UAE residents and enter Dubai either on a valid tourist visa or through a visa-on-arrival arrangement. Eligible visitors must arrive between July 20 and October 31, 2026.
Residents may submit multiple nominations throughout the campaign, although only five nominations can remain active at any one time. Each visitor can only be nominated once. Authorities will automatically verify eligible arrivals before sending residents an email containing details of their reward package.
The initiative does not include visa assistance or travel arrangements. Visitors are responsible for arranging their own visas, flights, accommodation and other travel expenses before visiting Dubai.
The reward package includes hotel discounts, restaurant offers, attraction tickets and other leisure benefits provided by selected tourism partners, subject to campaign terms and availability. Dubai authorities hope the initiative will encourage residents to invite more international guests while supporting the emirate’s growing tourism industry.
