Apple Reports Record $109.4 Billion Revenue in June Quarter

Apple has reported its highest-ever revenue for a June quarter, driven by strong demand for iPhones, Mac computers, and digital services. The company posted $109.4 billion in revenue for its fiscal third quarter, marking a significant increase compared to the same period last year.

According to Apple, quarterly revenue grew 16% from $94 billion recorded a year earlier. The company also reported a sharp rise in profit during the three months ending June 27, 2026.

Net profit increased 27%, reaching $29.8 billion compared with $23.4 billion in the same quarter last year.

The company also announced diluted earnings of $2.02 per share, which represents a 29% year-over-year increase. Apple described the period as its strongest June quarter on record.

iPhone Continues to Lead Sales

The iPhone remained Apple’s largest source of revenue during the quarter.

Revenue from iPhone sales reached $54.25 billion, compared with $44.58 billion in the same quarter last year.

This represents an increase of nearly 22% and sets a new June-quarter record for the company’s flagship product.

Despite continued supply chain challenges affecting the technology industry, Apple maintained strong demand for its smartphones.

However, the company warned that ongoing component shortages could affect business performance in the coming quarter.

Services Business Sets Another Record

Apple’s Services division also delivered record financial results.

Revenue from the segment increased 12%, rising from $27.42 billion to $30.74 billion.

The Services business includes the App Store, AppleCare, cloud storage, payment services, advertising, music streaming, and video subscriptions.

Apple also announced that it now has more than 1.5 billion paid subscriptions across its platforms.

The continued growth of the Services business remains an important source of recurring revenue for the company.

Mac Sales Grow While iPad Revenue Declines

Mac computers recorded strong growth during the reporting period.

Mac revenue increased nearly 29%, reaching $10.35 billion, compared with $8.05 billion during the same quarter last year.

In contrast, iPad revenue declined by around 6%.

Sales fell from $6.58 billion to $6.19 billion.

Meanwhile, the Wearables, Home, and Accessories category reported revenue of $7.88 billion, representing an increase of approximately 6% from the previous year.

Active Device Base Hits New Record

Apple said its active installed device base reached a new record across all major product categories and geographic markets.

The company also announced a cash dividend of $0.27 per share, which will be paid on August 13 to eligible shareholders.
